The "Cinematic" Legacy Film is a short film (around 5 minutes) which draws on my own experience as a storyteller and narrative filmmaker, blended with latest technology AI tools. Using music, sound effects, cinematic editing techniques blended with real footage from a Family Legacy Film (created by yourself or by me), or taken from written memoirs or journals, or even from audio recordings, this service adds cinematic magic to your loved-ones most captivating life stories to bring them to life in a way that hasn't been possible until recently.

About Me
Hi, I'm Haydn Rushworth.
Some would say I'm an unusual character with a blended passion for technology, storytelling and helping people.
When I cook these ingredients the right way, this makes me uniquely useful.
This year (2026) I'm launching a new service helping as many people as possible to capture, record and archive their most treasured family memories by proactively recording Family Legacy Interviews to capture the most precious and important recollections, observations and life stories of our loved ones before they pass away, and creating a Family Media Archive to store those interviews alongside a lifetime's worth of photos, videos, audio clips, journals and other important document in one, carefully organised place.
I do this in two ways... with free advice, tutorials and How-To guides that are available to anybody who wants to create their own Family Legacy Films, and by offering a premium, professional service to a handful of clients where I record and edit Family Legacy Films as well as creating AI-powered, "cinematic" short films to bring short stories or highlights of Family Legacy Films to "life".
MY BACKGROUND (short version):
- Graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Tech (1998)
- Worked in Tech for 3 years
- 2001: "Dot Com" bubble burst, Tech industry collapsed, unemployed, new baby just arrived.
- Desperate for income, I started a family photography business which I ended up running for 15 years and LOVED it!
- Pivoted to commercial video production.
- 3 years ago, turned my full attention to the emerging field of AI filmmaking.
- NOW, launching a new service blending my background of family media services, traditional filmmaking skills and AI filmmaking techniques to create Family Legacy Films for a small number of direct clients as well as tutorials and free advice for those who'd prefer to create their own Familly Legacy Interviews.
